Dawn has spent over 30 years in the fitness field training/coaching athletes of all ages and experience. Drawing from her own athletic accomplishments gives Dawn an inside look into an athletes world and the trained eye to help newbies progress safely and effectively. As a former teacher, coach, long distance runner, PCT and AT thru hiker, transcontinental cyclist, CrossFit Regional Team Athlete, and a 3x CrossFit Games Athlete, Dawn has a true passion for movement. She is available for personal and small group training.
