Boxing and Kickboxing


Cardio Classes: Cardio Class is a great way to condition the whole body because it builds muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination all at the same time while learning actual boxing & kickboxing techniques.  Cardio classes have also been shown to promote well-being because it builds confidence and discipline.  Our Cardio Kickboxing programs consist of variable heart rate work and actual kickboxing techniques.

Technique Classes: This class breaks down the core of boxing & kickboxing through ring drills, mitt work, bag work, and various partner drills.  Focusing on footwork, head movement, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, stance and fluidity.  Breaking down the sweet sciences of both boxing & kickboxing.

Team Classes: Alive boxing/kickboxing team is home to over 20 competitive boxers & kickboxers from all backgrounds and skill levels. Team practice is always ran with multiple coaches circling the room.  You can always expect a hard warm-up, technique and drills, followed by conditioning and sparring.  Whether your wanting to take your personal boxing or kickboxing to another level or maybe you have desires to become a professional fighter?
